What's important?
Food. Think about it. It's vital to stay alive, get healthy, feel good and be close to our loved ones.
The way food is grown is also important. It affects the soil, the animals, the farmworkers and the environment.
Real food is as close to its natural state as possible. It delights your taste buds, not with technology, but with authentic quality.
Organic food is brilliant because it's been certified (by EU law). It's grown and reared as nature intended, with respect for the animals and the planet. Local and organic food is best because it's fresh, and you can buy it, say, in a market and talk to the grower.
This site is evolving. It's about learning more about food, both the good and the bad. In time, we will have discussions, buy good food and network. While we are waiting for those bits, check out my blog and leave a comment.
